Note from Aidan Farrell, Chairperson of the Two-Mile-House Community Centre Association: A committee has been set up to oversee the construction and management of a new community centre in TMH (beside the school). Currently, we are focused on applying to various organisations for grant funding. In order to ensure that we put our best foot forward in terms of quality of application, we require volunteers with certain skill sets to help out; engineers, QS’s, accountants, solicitors, people with experience in developing business plans, grant applications etc. Many hands make light work and I’m confident that working together we will be successful in getting significant grant funding.
