Died peacefully at St Brigid’s Hospice, The Curragh, surrounded by his loving family on 13th October 2024, in his 96th year.  Predeceased by his parents Michael and Hannah Mary, brothers Jimmy, Paddy, Seán, Micheál, Tommy, Martin, Mons. Jeremiah, Brendan, Florry and Eamonn, his sisters Bridget (Brown), Joan, Sr. Maria Goretti (Ann), and Mary (Stack), and his nephews Thomas (Ardfert), Jeremiah (Los Angeles), and David (Dublin).

Sadly missed by his beloved wife Nancy and loving family; his sons & daughters Dermot, Seán, Yvonne (Farrell) and Diane, sons-in-law John and Michael, daughters-in-law Irene and Gerda, his ten cherished grandchildren Allison, Sarah, Beth, Helena, Liam, Laura, Jane, Eve, Natalie, and Shane, his great grandchild Fiadh, nephews, nieces, extended family and his wonderful neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the George Mullins Funeral Home, Naas (W91 CD0K) on Wednesday 16th October from 5pm to 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm. Liam will be leaving his home in Sallins on Thursday morning at 10.30am arriving to Church of Our Lady and the Guardian Angels, Sallins, (D01 W6X0) where the Funeral with Requiem Mass for Liam will be celebrated at 11am (to live stream Mass please click here), followed by Interment afterwards in Bodenstown Cemetery, Naas (W91 DK44).
